        Annual meeting every year in March is all time favorite and most awaited month for Welch Materials India as this meeting not only give the reason of appreciation & pays yearly hard work of employees, but also give good time to be off work to explore and enjoy vacation to be more productive and to obtain good work-life balance after that. As last year we conducted annual meeting in mountains as we fulfilled the mountainous target, We priorly decided in the mountains to conduct next time in Goa if we reach to our goal. And here we are at present in Goa to make it count in our success. Goa is the smallest state on the Western coast of India, it is one of the most popular due to its rich heritage, warm and friendly people, tropical climate, scenic beaches and exotic handicraft.
