Annual meeting every year in March is all time favorite and most awaited month for Welch Materials India as this meeting not only give the reason of appreciation & pays yearly hard work of employees, but also give good time to be off work to explore and enjoy vacation to be more productive and to obtain good work-life balance after that.
As last year we conducted annual meeting in mountains as we fulfilled the mountainous target, We priorly decided in the mountains to conduct next time in Goa if we reach to our goal. And here we are at present in Goa to make it count in our success.
Goa is the smallest state on the Western coast of India, it is one of the most popular due to its rich heritage, warm and friendly people, tropical climate, scenic beaches and exotic handicraft.
The meeting hosted by Director Mr. Ram Krishan Sood addresses all company success to his team which reflects team leading among all, passionate sales spirit of all employees and on time follow up quality of back office team.
The day was started after that with an annual report of all sales employees to cover their region record, new product-update presentation and sharing CRM on-hand experience by back office team to make sales more productive and precise for their business data, accompanied by Distributor's sales record presentation.
This year two new regions made a place among all top to receive the award by giving tremendous performance results 'Mr. Nishant Sharma (Business Development Executive Chandigarh) Best Performer and Mr. Sanjay Bhosle (Regional Sales Manager Maharashtra & Goa) Best Sales Manager'. And last but not the least this year too the most esteemed distributor Gujrat 'Agile Diagnostics' added award in their name.
This sounds pretty simplistic, but there’s so much to do around the water—swim, play games inside or outside the water as set up a night pool party with music. Straight after party headed to the beach to feel the zeal. Next day all booked for the sight-seeing; Boat rides to see Dolphins, Agoda fort and Church visit. And night around Baga Beach which is famous for DJ nights.
Playing sports along the ocean always is a big hit, and our energetic team can't resist this at any cost. Woke up early in the morning to ride 8-9 km through boat to reach an Island for Scuba diving and again through boat to reach South Goa to cover Para-Sailing, Jet ski, Bumper and Banana ride. And there is no complete fun story if you do not play with ocean wave, beach side sands and surf your body into waves. Can say we're completely into the sea wet full day.
To conclude the spirit of this vacation, we parted back to all our region to fresh start our day of working to make available of our product and services to you.
