        Annual meeting every year in March is all time favorite and most awaited month for Welch Materials India as this meeting not only give the reason of appreciation & pays yearly hard work of employees, but also give good time to be off work to explore and enjoy vacation to be more productive and to obtain good work-life balance after that. Ltd. helped lead an effort to donate thousands of medical-grade masks to at-risk communities with limited access to personal protective equipment.   As the whole world grapples with the global pandemic of Covid-19, everyone coming together to help respond to this global outbreak. The outpouring of global solidarity and support sparked by this shared challenge has been phenomenal. The Welch Materials too has been taking a number of steps to prevent the spread of the virus. Welch has been donating various goods such as masks, Welch Sanitizers spray & Infrared Thermometers to fight against Covid-19. We started donation drive through distributing Masks in India through Welch Materials India Pvt.  Welch Materials India: Road Trip To City Of Yoga: Rishikesh An appreciation annual meeting was conducted on Welch Materials India office to recognize the importance of each and every staff of Welch India along with the expertise distributors.  The Meeting was started by Director Mr. Ram Krishan Sood by appraising the hard work, strategies and success of achieving sales target through the teamwork by working tirelessly to maintain the supply and demand of HPLC Columns & Chromatography consumables in Pharma companies around the India during the challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The best sales achievement award was achieved by Mr. Naresh Palle Sri (Regional Sales Manager of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) & Mr. Nitin Singh (Area Sales Manager of Uttarakhand), Sales support award to Ms. Moti Maheshwari (Sales Coordinator) and the best excellence distributor award was earned by Agile Diagnostics (Gujarat).  It was a high spirit day to share the meeting with other delegates
