An appreciation annual meeting was conducted on Welch Materials India office to recognize the importance of each and every staff of Welch India along with the expertise distributors. 

The Meeting was started by Director Mr. Ram Krishan Sood by appraising the hard work, strategies and success of achieving sales target through the teamwork by working tirelessly to maintain the supply and demand of HPLC Columns & Chromatography consumables in Pharma companies around the India during the challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic. 


The best sales achievement award was achieved by Mr. Naresh Palle Sri (Regional Sales Manager of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) & Mr. Nitin Singh (Area Sales Manager of Uttarakhand), Sales support award to Ms. Moti Maheshwari (Sales Coordinator) and the best excellence distributor award was earned by Agile Diagnostics (Gujarat).  It was a high spirit day to share the meeting with other delegates Mr. Sanjay Bhosle (Regional Sales Manager of Maharashtra), Ms. Kanchan Ramina (Area Sales Manager Maharashtra), Mr. Nishant Sharma (Area Sales Manager of Chandigarh), Mr. Indresh Prajapati (Area Sales Manager of Delhi), Mr. Abhishek Nagar (International Sales Manager), Mr. Rambir (Purchase Coordinator) and Mr. Mabud Hussain (Store Coordinator).

After straight from the meeting, the team headed towards the beautiful city of Uttarakhand; Rishikesh. It is situated in the foothills of Himalayas and on the banks of River Ganges. It is often referred to as Yoga Capital of the World and is one of the most favored tourist destinations worldwide.

The journey of 260km from millennium city Gurugram to a worth watching scenic views of Rishikesh by passing undulating hills, the team reached at night time to the camping area. Bonfire was arranged underneath the cloudy sky and vivid color of flames fill that sky. 


Next day in the morning is for trekking to go through lush green forest & climbing stones treks to get a treat of waterfall with natural ponds. With every turn in the way, we were witnessing striking landscapes better than the previous ones and chilled stoned water shoo all our trekking tiredness by giving a true meaning of chilling out. 


To crave the rush of adrenaline, next morning is all booked for adventurous sports like river rafting on the Ganga river and reverse bungee jumping. 

The Mystic green water of the Ganga river with beautiful landscape on our 26km rafting trek and body surfing added extra fun in our trip. 

To make you feel the thrill of the rafting, Spend few minutes to the attached video of going through top water grade 4 which is known by 'Roller-Coaster', yes the name defines the high powerful waves which can make your boat upside down.
